Bianca practices corporate law and has more than 10 years’ experience in the Brazilian market, in corporate reorganization, estate and succession planning, corporate governance and M&A. She has a law degree from UNIVILLE (University of the Joinville Region), a post-graduate degree in Corporate and Business Law from CESUSC (Florianópolis) and a post-graduate LL.M. in Financial and Capital Market Law from INSPER (São Paulo). She speaks and writes in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
