She has over 13 years of experience in the national market, focusing on corporate restructuring operations, wealth and succession planning, corporate governance, and M&A. She also has extensive experience in corporate disputes, including shareholder conflicts and high-complexity strategic litigation, as well as advising investors and managers on legal structures involving structured funds. She holds a law degree from Universidade da Região de Joinville (UNIVILLE), completed a postgraduate degree in Corporate and Business Law at CESUSC in Florianópolis, and an LL.M. in Financial and Capital Markets Law from INSPER in São Paulo.
